Today it was wet and grey, but in the afternoon we had a large clear period. Transparency was excellent, but the scintillation monitor reported mediocre seeing. I made the following observation:

Reference:               Earth's rotation axis
Exposure (transparency): 0.400ms (using 82nm bandwidth green filter)
Seeing (SSSMon):         3.5-4.5" (2.5" at best)
