Today clouds were playing Tetris above our observatory: clear skies to the west with about 20% cumuli and a gentle western wind packing them together above the observatory. Despite that a few minor gaps allowed observation. Transparency was excellent, but with the scintillation monitor reporting mediocre seeing. I made the following observation:
Observation date/time: 30 May 09:11 UTC
Telescope: GTT60 (Galileo Type Telescope)
Focal length: 1490mm (plano convex singlet)
Aperture: 60mm
Stop: 30mm
Eyepiece: -75mm (plano concave singlet, 24mm aperture)
Observation type: projection (349mm distance, 80mm diameter)
Reference: Earth's rotation axis
Exposure (transparency): 0.160ms
Seeing (SSSMon): 4.0-5.0"
