Today we started with 90% cumuli, topped with thin stratus, which reduced to about 80% cumuli with patches of stratus and with the anticipation of becoming fully overcast within the next hour for the rest of the day. During the few clear moments transparency was good, seeing was good (excellent during imaging). I made the following observation:
