I've obtained this level in 1995. The instrument is of Swiss origin, just as my somewhat more sophisticated NK10 level and T2 theodolite. It's a very basic level with no compensator or tilt adjustment.
The instrument was not complete when I got it and I added a remake of the plate level mirror myself. I made it of brass and left it unpainted as to show that it is not original. At the base there is a 360º scale for basic angle measurements.
The instrument has to be levelled by its levelling screws, there is no compensator, nor a tilting screw. Its accuracy is about 10" (1.2mm at 25 metres). The standard deviation for a km double run levelling is about 10mm (1σ, 68%).
