I've obtained this level in 1995. The instrument is of Swiss origin. It's a more sophiticated instrument than the NK01. This version has a tilt adjustment screw, but still no compensator.
At the base there is a 360º scale for simple angle measurements. Reading the scale is done by a small telescope.
